Full planning from the first conversation to the last guest leaving.
For couples who want an expert alongside them from the very beginning. We take on the full complexity of your outdoor wedding including the logistics, the suppliers, the design, the detail, so that you can focus on looking forward to it rather than managing
it.
What is included:
- An initial planning consultation to understand your vision, your venue, and your priorities.
- Venue sourcing and site visits- we help you assess whether a location is actually workable, not just beautiful, before you commit to it.
- Full supplier sourcing, briefing, and management becuase finding the right suppliers for an outdoor wedding is more involved than for a venue wedding.
- Budget creation and ongoing management. Outdoor weddings have costs that are easy to overlook, such as generators, temporary toilets, ground protection, weather contingency. We build a realistic budget from the start and track it throughout so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Full design direction and styling plan. We help you develop a visual direction that works with your landscape, rather than against it, so the day feels cohesive and considered.
- Timeline creation and day-of scheduling A detailed timeline means your photographer, caterer, florist, and band all know exactly where they need to be and when.
- Guest communication support and RSVP tracking. Keeping on top of RSVPs, dietary requirements, and guest queries takes more time than most couples expect. We handle it so your inbox does not become a second job.
- Full on-the-day coordination with lead planner and assistant. On the day itself, we are there from setup to the last supplier leaving.
Fee: 12% of your total wedding budget with a minimum £4,500.
We plan together
For couples who are confident managing the personal and creative side of their wedding but want a professional handling the structure, the suppliers, and the logistics behind the scenes. All the support, without the need for face-to-face meetings.
What is included:
- A kick-off consultation to understand your plans, your priorities, and where you need the most support
- Regular planning check-ins via video call throughout the process. Keeping your planning on track requires regular touchpoints, not just a check-in the week before.
- Supplier recommendations and booking support. Knowing which suppliers are right for an outdoor wedding takes experience. We give you a shortlist of people we trust for your specific location and brief.
- Budget tracking and payment schedule. Outdoor weddings involve a lot of deposits paid at different times to a lot of different suppliers. We track what is due when so nothing gets missed.
- Design concept and visual direction. We help you develop a look and feel that is coherent and works with your setting.
- Timeline and logistics planning. The timeline is the backbone of the day. We build it, share it with your suppliers, and make sure everyone is working from the same document.
- Guest list management and RSVP tracking. Chasing RSVPs is one of the most time-consuming parts of wedding planning. We take it off your plate.
- Full on-the-day coordination with lead planner. Everything you have planned gets handed over to us on the day.

You have planned your wedding. Now hand it over. We step in four weeks before the day, take over all supplier communication, and make sure everything you have built actually happens — exactly as you intended.
What is included:
- A detailed handover meeting four weeks before the wedding We need to understand every decision you have made such as who is arriving when, what has been agreed with each supplier, what matters most to you on the day. This conversation is where the handover happens properly.
- Taking over all supplier communication in the final four weeks. In the final month before a wedding, the volume of supplier contact increases significantly. Confirmation calls, final headcounts, delivery times, access arrangements. We handle all of it so you are not spending the last weeks of your engagement answering logistical emails.
- Creation of a final day-of timeline and supplier schedule. Even if you have a rough plan, the final timeline needs to be precise and shared with everyone involved. We build it, check it against every supplier’s requirements, and distribute it, so on the day, everyone knows exactly what is happening and when.
- A site visit where needed. For outdoor and private land weddings especially, seeing the space before the day matters. We need to understand the layout, the access points, and any logistical challenges.
- Full on-the-day coordination from setup to close. We are there from the moment the first supplier arrives to the moment the last one leaves. We manage the setup, keep the day running to time, handle any problems quietly in the background, and make sure you never have to make a logistical decision on your wedding day.
